I had a Bank of America account in 2009 and some one got a hold of my checks and over drafted my account by over $1700.00. Bank of America refused to do anything about it and I refused to pay it so it went into collections. - acquisitions had it first so I hired - to have it removed and - in turn did remove it off of my credit report but turned around and sold it to - - -. So we disputed it again and it came off my report again, however it now got sold to -. We are disputing this for a - and hopefully last time
