Closing/Cancelling account California

I have Barclay closed all my accounts with out any good reason. The bank took all my reward ( proximately $550.00 ) and or promotion that I have on all my accounts. The bank offer no solution but took away the right to charge any thing on the account immediately with out notify me first. The bank would not refund the membership fee that I paid on the account.
