Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Illinois
Principal payment in the amount of $220.00 was submitted to Discover Student Loans on - -, 2015 by personal check. This check was cashed on - -, 2015 but not credited toward my account. I sent an email on - -, 2015 requesting that they correct this error ( backdated to the date they cashed the check ) and received an email back requesting proof of my payment which I supplied ( canceled check images ) on - -, 2015. My account STILL has not been credited the payment.
