My now exhusband jointly held a usaa - credit card with me and we accumulatedcabiutv - debt. In court divorce debt not allocated even though through freedom debt he said he paid this and only later said he pulled out and they were suing me by his name was not on the card. It was he had it removed them filed with frredom debt then they erroneously sued me. He signed a contracact taking on that debt. Now there is a judgement on my record that 's incorrect.
