Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Credit decision / Underwriting New Jersey

Quicken Loans is not reporting my mortgage to the - credit bureaus. On my credit report, it states account is closed. This is affecting my credit rating. I was granted bankruptcy in 2013 for credit card debit. I have never been late on any mortgage payment. My account is current. Quicken Loans has been non compliant to any of my inquiries since the date of filing bankruptcy.
