Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Texas

Procollect Inc has placed a medical collection on my credit report that does not belong to me. The original creditor has contacted them and informed Procollect that the debt does not belong to me and they refuse to have it removed from my credit report. I have also sent debt verification letters and they have not responded, I have disputed this with -, and Procollec has verified it - times even after being contacted from the original creditor informing them that it 's not my debt.
