I had a debit from my doctor and i couldnt pay it so they forward it to AMERICOLLECT, this bad company didnt just place the collection for the amount, they split it into - collections to harm my credit and force me to pay it, i called them and i asked to pay each one separately as they posted on claims, i would pay - and they would remove it i said, they refused and they wanted me to pay for the whole thing. i do n't know whats going on and how they are able to twist the law like this, for - claim they separate it into - and refuse to settle each - separated as they posted, i believe there is no control on these companies who abuses the collection laws.
