I wrote - convenience checks at the same time with a promotional rate of 2.99 %. Both cleared within days of each other and within the offer time. I paid a small fee on both for the privilege '' of using these checks. I have been charged the promotional rate on - check and 15.99 % on the other. I have called and spoken with representatives numerous times and have been told every time that the issue will be handled but it has not.
