I had - in - 2015. I have a hospital debt for a little over - I made a payment of - in - 2015. I called the creditor in - 2015 to set up automatic payment arrangements. I was told that my debt as transferred to a collection agency. I 1was provided w/the agency 's phone number. I called them the same day - - to set up automatic payments which I did. We agreed on - monthly. An initial payment was made at that time. Today a get a letter from another creditor demanding money for the same debt. asking me to set up payments with them. In addition this new company has made phone calls to my job.
