Van Ru Credit Corporation Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt August 4, 2016 - I was contacted by Van Ru Credit Corporation 5 times in one day. They would hang up each time I would answer after my answering machine would pick up. When I finally spoke to them, they told me to press my suit that I have a court date coming up. That if I do not pay my bill they will take my home, and my children will be homeless. When I called and asked to speak to the President or owner I was told - - does not speak to losers. That he was on his yacht on vacation.... |

I 've had this phone number for approx. 5 years now, and they continue calling for someone else, asking if I know this person, if I have any information about their whereabouts, etc. I have no idea who this person is or where he is, etc, I 've asked them to stop calling my number, and they keep calling it. ... |

I have a hospital debt for a little over - I made a payment of - in - 2015. I called the creditor in - 2015 to set up automatic payment arrangements. I was told that my debt as transferred to a collection agency. I 1was provided w/the agency 's phone number. I called them the same day - - to set up automatic payments which I did. We agreed on - monthly. An initial payment was made at that time. Today a get a letter from another creditor demanding money for the same debt. asking me to set up payments with them.
