Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Florida

My name - - was enrolled in the - in - - located on - - - - - -, Florida -. I - in 2014 however, after the - they told me apart of the program completion, they would be helping me with training, assistance with studying for the test - and - assistance. This was apart of my tuition agreement and program for this institution. I agreed to pay - loans - - and Genesis Lending ( a private loan given by the school ) because of the promises given that I would be assisted through out until I find work. Unfortunately, all these promises during and after graduation was not met because the school was forced to close. According to a recent article Accused of misleading students and falsifying records, - of Florida 's - and the nation 's - largest private, for-profit college chains is being forced to sell campuses or close its doors. '' I am a student who has suffered from this malpractice and now owes - loans, with no job. I made faithful payments to Genesis Lending and I would like to be refunded the money.
