Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Ohio

I have disputed - paid medical accounts listed with Meade and Associates. I requested dates of service, as well as, to whom the services were rendered and never received the information. I 'm attaching the letter I received from Meade, in addition to my - Credit reports showing the dispute and results. Although I paid these, I did so because they told me the debts belonged to me. Upon further review, they do not. Basically, - told me to take it up with the collection agency, so I did and the debts are listed as verified every time.
