On - -, 2015, I have noticed that I was being alerted by - that GE capital has pulled my credit report without my consent. Someone has used my social security number in order to used my credit. I asked the bank for a copy of the application, but someone reason a rep was able to give me that information before, but know as I had called back on -, the rep refused to give me that information, as I was able to get the information before, but i have misplaced it, i did not authorize this company to pull my credit report without my consent, i am trying to file a police report about the person who tried to obtain goods in my name,, but I would need the application or some sort to let the police know that someone had used my information without my consent, the bank has engaged in fraud and identity theft. And also the company needs to send me a copy for a letter stating to remove the inquiry. So since the company will not cooperate, i decide to file a compliant.
