Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Ohio

I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY VIA US MAIL AND REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION REGARDING THE ACCOUNT AND THE DEBT THEY SAY I OWED AND REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE REGARDING THE VALIDATION REQUEST. I CONTACTED THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR AND SPOKE WITH A - WHO WORKS IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT SHE HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THE ACCOUNT COLLECTION ASSOCIATES HAVE BECAUSE I HAVE NO PAST DUE BILLS WITH THEM. I REQUESTED AN ITEMIZED STATEMENT, COPY OF THE CONTRACT WITH THE ORGINAL CREDITOR, THEIR LICENSE TO COLLECT IN MY STATE AS WELL AS HOW THE AMOUNT THEY SAY I OWE WAS CALCULATED. RIGHT AFTER I CONTACTED THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR AND SPOKE WITH -, I IMMEDIATLY SENT A LETTER REQUESTING THIS COMPANY TO VALIDATE THIER CLAIM, AND THEY NEVER RESPONSDED. BY FEDERAL LAW, THEY ARE REQUIRED TO VALIDATE THIS INFORMATION WITH ME AS WELL AS
