-, the credit reporting and credit monitoring company, processed fraudulent reoccurring charges to my PayPal credit card for their credit monitoring services for - identities that did not match my credit card information. Although - agreed to refund the charges, as a credit monitoring company would you think they should more closely monitor the actions of their own customers - both myself and the other identities? This makes me wonder if the - identities that were attempted and successfully charged on my credit card were targets of another party trying to capture data about the identities on the fraudulent credit monitoring subscriptions?
