This company keeps calling advising if I do not call them today they will start legal action.. This company also called about 6 months ago advising they had filed legal action and we 're looking for an address to serve me and if I did not provide - they would contact my employer. I saved. These messages. I have asked them for verification of the debt but they refuse to provide it to me. And advise they will proceed. I have checked the county records and there have been no filings against me in small or municipal court. Any debt owed exceeds 4 years and the status of limitations is -.
