This company also called about 6 months ago advising they had filed legal action and we 're looking for an address to serve me and if I did not provide - they would contact my employer. I saved. These messages. I have asked them for verification of the debt but they refuse to provide it to me. And advise they will proceed. They are calling from a no caller ID number threatening to contact the local law enforcement in - ms about a loan. They are harassing me to give up bank account information and pay it in full with a debit card. When I refuse they will call my cell phone back to back up to - times a day and have even called my job leaving messages to call them at -.
