I called PNC bank and told them I was returning an item that was not as advertised but the company refuses to pay for return shipping. PNC Rep told me to return the item, when its posted to the credit card, call back and we can dispute it. I paid to ship the items back and called PNC Bank to dispute the shipping charges and was told that it can not be done. I then was transferred to a supervisor and was told the same thing. Now im out $35.00 because of false information. I would of kept the item and tried to sell it on my own. I asked the supervisor if there 's anything he could do since Ive been a customer for over - years and was told no ''. This is very upsetting since I dont have money to spare.
