Several months ago I moved and attempted to update my address with PNC bank. The initial request on their website did not go through. Around the same time I filed for several chargebacks for unauthorized charges. Because of this lack of change in address and the very short periods of time that they expected me to reply in ( From the time that it was received at my old address I often had less than a day to respond if the date had already not passed ). I thereafter contacted PNC on at least - separate occasions requesting that they update my address - Via phone, mail, online, and in person at - of their branches - My address has still not been updated more than - months later. Because of this I have was unable to complete the disputes in a timely fashion '' and they were closed. In addition these disputes are now ineligible for me to file again because the - filing period has passed. As such I am now out over $2500.00 because of their mistake - They have now closed the account and are attempting to collect this amount ( The provisional credits for the disputes were reversed because of a lack of a timely response ).
