I 'm a long time highly qualified Wellsfargo customer came from Wachovia and in the last month chose to participate in an application for a credit card at a local branch here with a - - -. I was informed that I was declined for the credit card despite my - credit score and very healthy balance at your bank that made little sense. I was told to await a response for the decline and explanation and I did as instructed as the explanation for the decline was vague- I did n't honor a commitment as agreed upon in the last 2 years so I had been working w the branch assistant mgr - - who informed me of a loan modification or short sale purchase a negative inquiry on my credit report pulled by experian. I actually called all beureaus knowing that was a mistake and I have a copy of each of my -- page credit reports on hand and documented conversations with the bureaus informing them of wellsfargo decision to decline me for a credit card where I had them cross reference my reports in case I was illiterate as there was nothing of the sort to


and I find this to be highly offensive but still I have patiently worked w - - whose instructed me that he 's escalated the manner as theirs zero evidence to support the contentions behind the decision to decline my credit.. Both bureaus have instructed me to have this investigated and that is now what I fully intend on doing as I 've given ample opportunity for Wells imaginary bureau with such contentions to resolve that error but instead I 'm further ignored burdened with coming into the branch w my documents of proof. I have mine and the burden is on Wells now as I 'll make it a personal mission to proceed with the mishandling and continued disregard of error and lack of ownership and report this to any and all governing institutions to create awareness.. Again I have both my discussions w the bureau and ur staff member on record.. FYI- complaints and investigations forthcoming at this point just for starters.
