I became a victim of ID theft in - and in - I was informed by the IRS that someone had filed my income tax return using my personal details and when i had my - report pulled because i am trying to purchase my - home. I was subsequently informed that I had a large amount of debts in collection. I requested my free reports and found that I have ( - ) medical entries that do not belong to me. i contacted the ( - ) bureaus and informed them that i wanted to file a dispute ; immediately I contacted the debt holders and informed them that i was a victim of ID theft and I needed them to send me written validation of the account and information detail where and how the account was opened. All that has transpired since my initial contact since - from my efforts was a security alert being placed on my file.
