My encounter with citizens bank has been horrible. Terrible customer service representatives horrible and very unfriendly people. My account was hacked and I incurred charges that were not mine. I 've yet to be completely compensated for all the of this. I call and call. And get hung up on again and again. I just wanted my account close!
