This collection is agency is attempting to collect a debt that is not valid nor is it owed. I have spoken to the original creditor ( - ) and I was never notified of this debt nor have I received any correspondence in reference to it. I still have the - account and the monthly balance due is not even equivalent to this so call debt.I have filed disputes with all - credit bureaus and the collection account remains on my reports and is impacting my ability to obtain a mortgage. Neither - nor the collection agency has provided me with any information regarding this account.
