Discover Credit card department,
Discover Financial has included on my credit report an account that I have no responsibility for. They have refused to remedy the problem despite repeated requests to do so. This has caused my credit score to drop around - points which has caused me to have - bank loans refused, causing me a loss of business as well as other financial distress.
