On - -, 2015, after calling - Hospital to set up a payment plan for a bill for my children, I was referred to Optimum Outcomes by - from - billing to arrange a payment plan. I spoke with - at Optimum Outcomes. We discussed a payment plan for $60.00 per month but later that day I had $640.00 debited from my bank account. I did not authorize this amount to be debited. Imagine my distress when I saw they debited $580.00 more than they were allowed to. I find this to be an illegal activity and as such have reported the company to the BBB and sent a complaint to -. I feel I was robbed. I called the company and spoke with - and was given the run around. No company should be allowed to do this to someone. It is detrimental to my family and my health as it has created a great deal of stress and financial issues.
