Capital One Debt collection department,

Credit card Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Illinois

They told me that it would not hurt my credit and I can dispute it and it will be removed. This was false and I was misled into thinking this account would not damage my credit score but it has tremendously. Want this account removed from credit.
