Williams Rush and Associates as continued to contact me harass me in regards to an account that - sales and lease charged off. I have since then paid the debt with the arbitration company that hired. Williams Rush and Associates are claiming to be attorneys and they have threatened to have me arrested for theft of merchandise and I have told them the debt was settled in which they could see own their end. I believe that - sold all of my accounts to Williams Rush but only provided - account number because they both have provided the same total amount due. then - is who I settled all charges with and they told me I do not owe their client at this time I also shared what was going on with Williams rush and Associates and they asked me to contact the attorney generals office and I did. I do n't think it is fair that these companies and call and disguise themselves as attorneys and leave threats and harassing voicemails on someone 's phone especially when the debt has been settled. then posted the account to my - credit report while - was reporting the accounts as charge offs. They are not right at all and should their business should be shut down.
