Williams, Rush & Associates, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid May 18, 2015 - Williams Rush and Associates as continued to contact me harass me in regards to an account that - sales and lease charged off. I have since then paid the debt with the arbitration company that hired. Williams Rush and Associates are claiming to be attorneys and they have threatened to have me arrested for theft of merchandise and I have told them the debt was settled in which they could see own their end. I believe that - sold all of my accounts to Williams Rush but only provided - account number because they both have provided the same total amount due. then - is who I settled all... |
