I changed cable companies after - installed their qqequipment on my neighbors roof and their bill eas - times what had been agreed upon.I signed no contract, but noticed on my next American Express statement - had charged - on - - and - more the very next day.I immediately disputed the charge with American express who also assured me - would not be permitted to charge my Amex account again.They charged - the next month and - the following month.I agai disputed the charges, which Amex had said would n't be permitted to be even added to my account.Amex has sided with - in my dispute .How I ACCRUED 850 DOLLARS IN CABLE FEES IN - MONTHS IS BEYOND ME, BUT American E-PRESS STOPPED ME FROM CANCELLING MY CARD WITH ASSURANCES - COULD N'T ROB ME ANYMORE.Amex decided against me before they even got my letter disputing the charges.I had no contract with - and the flier they sent only had - - early termination fee with contract, which I never signed.American Express allowed an unauthorized transaction they had full fore knowledge of from - - when I made my initial dispute.
