Dear Madam/Sir, I received a credit card from Coamerica Bank. Before using I called customer service to get approval. They now have cancelled my card. Please help me. I am faxing my support documents of - pages @ fax # -/-/-. Thanks for looking into my issue. Very Sincerely, - -
