I received a call from this collection agency. The call was for - - '' ( who does not live at this address ). I asked several times for the caller to identify the organization and provide a mailing address, but she did not do so. According to the Federal Trade Commission guidelines on debt collection practices, -, debt collectors are required to give a mailing address and identify themselves.
