The - - / SYNCB of Synchrony Financial is forcing me to make a monthly payment ahead of time in exchange for removing - late fee which should not be on my account. This late fee was applied for submitting a payment one-day late. Synchrony Financial has been harassing me and my wife for several weeks now via daily phone calls to collect this money. I have informed them I am filing a complaint with the CFPB.
