The service never worked properly and I cancelled my service and returned all the equipment ( I have a receipt for the return of the equipment ) before - -, 2015. Now they have sent my account to collections with Southwest Credit - -. Since contacting them repeatedly seems to have no effect, I am submitting a formal complaint to CFPB today.
