VA mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Texas

I 'm a - - veteran, I applied for a modification to keep my home in which the VA is the gauranter. I feel they turn me down unfairly, I feel they did n't even try. They reveal to me that they went by a scale to determine my financial ability which I do n't think they considerd the details of my modification. Can I request your assistance with this matter? This is my - home an I want to keep it but, I do n't feel I 'm getting a fair chance. Thank you
