I financed a vehicle with MCMC Auto - years ago and it was wrongfully reposessed. When I attempted to bring the matter to the attention of the company I was disregarded and told to dispute it with the credit bureaus. Each time I have disputed it, they corresponded stating it was valid. I attempted to contact them - years later and they are still refusing to provide me with proof of past due payments. I called them today at - spoke with - and she stated that they still are unable to provide me with a copy of my contract, payment history and all written correspondence. At this time, I will just need these documents to correct their false information.
