May 11, 2015 - I financed a vehicle with MCMC Auto - years ago and it was wrongfully reposessed. When I attempted to bring the matter to the attention of the company I was disregarded and told to dispute it with the credit bureaus. Each time I have disputed it, they corresponded stating it was valid. I attempted to contact them - years later and they are still refusing to provide me with proof of past due payments.
