I have been a customer of US Bank for over 15 years, My mortgage is due on the - of each month, but not past due until the - of each month. I refinanced my home with them a few months ago, now I get collection calls starting on the - of the month and multiple statements showing a past due amount, when in fact, nothing is past due. I have gotten over - calls from their collections people in the past 2 days, even after I called them and told them that there is nothing past due.
