Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Ohio

I sent a certified mail on - - 2015 to National Recovery Agency in reply to a letter I received dated - -, 2015. My letter I asked them to please validate/verify this debt ; I was well within the 30 day period. They responded with a Itemized Bill that I requested I do not owe any money to this company. This is just ridiculous. I pay for my private health care.
