Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Iowa

Pre-legal department of ACM keeps calling me asking for someone I know. It is a robotic call. The person they ask for does n't live in my home, but has put me down as a reference without my knowledge. I have no idea who this company is or what this is about. It is not my debt! I 've asked them - to stop calling me ( -/-/15 at - central time and -/-/15 at - ). When I contact them they are rude ( over talking, raising their voices, asking me if I would loan ... money ) and say they 've taken me off their list, but they continue to call. This constitutes harassment in my book. I want them to stop calling!
