I went to the - - in -/-/2012, and there 's a $920.00 balance that I needed to pay, but I did n't know I have that payment because I moved to a new apartment. So, I did n't receive the payment from the hospital. During these past - years, nobody contacted me about this, and I did n't receive any payment about this either. I received a phone call from - - on - -, they said - - forwarded this payment to them, so I have to pay it. I paid it immediately after I understood everything, and I paid it through the phone using my credit card. Also, they sent me a document receipt after several days. Recently, I 'm trying to apply a credit card from -, and they reject me because they declare that I have delinquency history, then I checked my credit report. I saw BYL collection services as a negative account on my credit report. I called BYL collect to ask them to remove this negative account because I 've already paid it, and they said they no longer have this payment because they 've transferred this to another collect company, which is


paid, so - agency suggested me to call BYL to ask them to send a prove to them to prove that I paid. Then, I called BYL collect again, they told me since they no longer have this payment, and I paid to - -, so they can not do anything about this. ThenI called - again to ask them if I can call - -, they said it 's not working because the negative account on my report is BYL collect. I 'm frustrated now because I paid my payment, but the bad record still hurting my credit report. BYL said they could n't help me, but the negative account on my credit report is still BYL collect. I do n't know what should I do now.
