From -/-/--/-/- I managed a shared house community. Upon my move out/vacating in -/-/- the landlord and the folks who took over did not handle the accounting correctly. I had an account with - - - in my name while residing there. It was not taken out of my name for years. I have received a bill from a collection company for -. This bill should be presented to the owner of the property - - ( of -, -, WA ). It is incorrect to bill me for an account that should have been in her name or a tenant name.
