Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Utah

I 'm writing in regards to my son 's automobile loan that he acquired through his work place. Chase Bank is the company through which my son has his auto financed. He had paid - payments towards his loan until sales began slowing down at his work in - - -/-/-. His finances began a downward spiral, eventually causing his -/-/- Subaru Forester to fall into a repossession status.he tried numerous times to get this problem under control, but was refused any help from Chase Bank. We even asked if there was a program for hardship cases but was told he did not qualify, due to only - out of the - payments required to be paid had been made. Once the car went into repo status, I also tried to see if there was anything that could be worked out with the bank to avoid losing his vehicle with no further advancement. On - -, -/-/- I spoke with a representative who told me initially that the last missed payment would need to be paid before the vehicle could be taken out of repo status, but after attempting to make the payment, I was told that ALL missed payments

paid the following day when the funds would be available. I also informed him that i would call him back directly after i spoke with Chase to verify the arrangements made, in hopes that the constant harassment at my sons work would subside. he said that would be fine. i proceeded to contact Chase who then needed to place me on hold to verify that the vehicle was not yet in their possession, which it was n't, we made the arrangements and the rep noted them in the account. , I immediately called the repo man back, who at this time was acting very different towards me, he told me that none of the arrangements mattered because they now had possession of the car which his motorcycle was parked in front of. he said that now we would not get the vehicle back. He ranting and raving about how my son hid the vin number and that he was going to tell my son 's boss which could cost him his job. I advised him that the harassment should have stopped once the vehicle was recovered. I also asked for his full name as well as his business name, but he refused to tell me, saying that he works for chase and doesnt have to disclose that information. He then hung up on me and refused any further calls from me, when inquiring about recovering our belongings left in the vehicle at the time of repossession. I called Chase back and explained what had just happened and asked for a call back on this matter but have not yet heard from anybody. my son called the recovery dept who informed him that to save his vehicle now he would need to pay for the car in full before - - -/-/- At this point, due to the negative reporting by chase while refusing to make any arrangements or take any offers of payment, this too would be impossible. Even the president aknowledges a hardship case so why would a bank refuse to help when asked?, especially for a kid who is facing a hardship of loss of hours at work? and how can a hardship be based on the amounts of payments? After all, who has control of when a hardship will occur? why are some granted a second chance when facing a hardship and others not? and how can someone 's credit be destroyed by the very bank that refused to help them when asked numerous times? Furthermore, why would Chase have a repo man that has no professionalism, even representing this comapny? a repo man with any respect for himself or others would focus on the people refusing to pay or forfeit a vehicle rather than someone trying to make things right. i thaught banks were established to help with finances
