Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Ohio

For the past - plus I have been harassed for a debt that is not mine. They call and ask for a - -, or - - people I do not know. I have told each collector they have the wrong number and to not call again. Sometime this works sometimes not. The real issue is the dept gets sold to another collector and the phone calls start agai. The last person I talked to was NCO Financial Services - - - - - -. They finally stopped calling but a new collector started. In the past I also reported the - - - -. to the State Of - Attorney General they resolved that complaint but calls continue from other collectors. There MUST be a way to stop these calls.
