I never received any Debt Validation letter FDCPA 809 - 15 - USC- 1692, I did not receive any statement of the account/payment history/signed contract from the creditor. This debt is not owed. I would like to file a complaint against Fox Collection Agency as they have in error posted on -, - -, and - negative information that is not correct. In addition, I would like to request all negative reporting to be removed from credit bureaus.
