I purchased a set of wedding rings through - - - and financed them with T.D. Bank and - - incorporated. I 'm currently on 0 % interest for the credit card but was informed after the promotional period expired the interest rate would hike up to 28 %. I 'm active duty - and told them that and that I 'm covered under the -. They told me this did n't apply to me unless I deployed. This is not the case and applies to anyone on - orders.
