Amex Credit Card Complaint

Payoff process

Amex Credit card department,

Payoff process Virginia

For some time I have received American Express bills that I paid online. Sporadically these bills attempted to scam me by showing the Current balance to be paid to be slightly less than the actual balance ( see attached PDF copies of - bills and the deceptive payment screens for each ) in order to trick me into paying less than the actual balance, thus earning penalties ( described on each bill ). I attach - instances showing the actual bills and the online payment forms that I received with the alleged Current Balances and the actual Current Balances shown. In the past I corrected the amount to be paid, but now that is no longer allowed, forcing me to underpay if I pay online. Therefore I will no longer pay online. I consider this scam on the part of AME- to be fraudulent.
