U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I applied for the - - Visa from US Bank on - -, 2015. Prior to receiving my card in the mail I received an email from stating that the major benefit of the card ( a bonus award night ) would be going away. When I called US bank to see if they would waive the annual fee they said it was out of their control because - - was the one who made the change. I feel like this is a bait-and-switch tactic due to the fact that US Bank is still advertising the bonus award night as a benefit E-CLUSIVE to card members.
