I had opened an account with CareCredit to pay for a dental procedure. I was told that I would have no interest if it was paid in the - - months. At the conclusion of that time period I was charged accrued interest and my balance skyrocketed above what it originally was. I never received any notification when I signed up for a CareCredit account of the accrued interest or any notification by phone, email or regular mail that this would happen nor did I receive any notifications when the date was upcoming. This company has been sued and were mandated to issue refunds to over a - consumers, I became a customer prior to this suit and have been a victim of the same deceptive practices. I have requested a refund or at least a reduction in my interest rate and have been denied -.
