Caller repeated left robo messages on my mother 's answering machine. The record message identifies itself as - - and states that they are trying to collect a debt from an individual we do not know. No company name, phone number, or other identifying information is provided. I happened to be at home for lunch during - of the calls and answered the phone, then waited for an operator. The operator - stated that the company name was Convergent. I believe the full name of the company is, Convergent Outsourcing Inc. '' There are likely many other victims who can not complain as the company does not provide any identifiable information.
