Credit card company repeatedly continues to demand payment directly from - regarding account of - husband, despite formal directives not to contact widow and deal with only with her representative. There will be no probate ; - is in - 's and has n't worked for years. She has very little income and faces significant financial stress. It appears that a significant amount of the charges on the subject credit card were due to medical expenses of the - which were n't covered by his health insurance.
